Return& Refund Policy
If you’re not satisfied with our products, you always have the right to return it. Please contact us first to maintain our authorization and return address.
- You must send us a tracking number after our authorization.
- We are unable to accept returns without authorization.
- Products must be returned freight prepaid.
- Return freight can be refunded only in cases of defective products.
- Custom products cannot be returned if they are functional.
- If you require a full refund, returns must be clean, undamaged, resalable and complete with all manuals, accessories, documents and packaging. You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
