For the maximum optimization of customer experience, If you’re not satisfied with our products, you always have the right to return for refund and exchange (excluding shipping charges). If it’s our mistake that you want to return, we’ll also refund your shipping charge. If you require a full refund, returns must be resalable, clean, undamaged and complete with all manuals, accessories, documents and packaging. You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
